La idea del proyecto surge con la finalidad de satisfacer la necesidad que tienen las instituciones del sector financiero de contratar los servicios de seguridad y vigilancia. Para ello se presenta una forma diferente de organización que cumple su objetivo, generando valor, brindando un servicio especializado y a la vez aportando con la generación de empleo. En el proyecto se muestran los resultados de los diferentes estudios realizados para determinar la viabilidad, así como los pasos y requisitos necesarios para poderlo llevar acabo.This project is a proposal for the creation of a Security and Surveillance Service Cooperative under the Popular and Solidarity Economy approach, which provides fixed and mobile physical security services to the savings and credit cooperatives of the Cuenca canton, corresponding to segments one, two and three. The idea of the project arises with the purpose of satisfying the need to have the institutions of the financial sector to contract the security and surveillance services. For this, a different form of organization is presented that fulfills its objective, generating value, providing a specialized service and at the same time contributing with the generation of employment.
