El objetivo es identificar las principales líneas de investigación de esta tipología turística a partir de la producción científica publicada en los últimos cinco años en tres bases de datos científicas. Se trata de una investigación exploratoria, descriptiva y analítica, basada en la metodología de Análisis de Contenido. Los resultados muestran la evolución en la investigación científica del turismo gastronómico y el estado actual del conocimiento dentro de cada línea de investigación identificada como base para futuras investigaciones.This article presents a review of research trends in gastronomic tourism. The objective is to identify the main lines of research of this type of tourism based on the scientific production published in the last five years in three scientific databases. It is an exploratory, descriptive, and analytical study based on a comprehensive narrative review and content analysis methodology.
