The relationships of the hypotheses make up a structural equation model, which is subject to testing with a sample size of 210 employees from the administrative area of the “Universidad Católica de Cuenca” (UCACUE) in Ecuador. The results show the influence on the organizational culture of psychological well-being and work culture with a high degree of significance, life balance with a medium degree and with a low level the work environment and development opportunity.
