Item Fusión de black metal y música ecuatoriana: producción de un sencillo instrumental(Universidad de Cuenca. Facultad de Artes, 2026-03-03) Barreto Velecela, Emanuel Alejandro; Vázquez Jaramillo, David SantiagoThe Purpose of this work is to explore a process of musical creation based on the fusion between black metal and traditional Ecuadorian music, approached from composition and music production. The work is based on a thorough analysis of the musical features of both genres, considering elements such as rhythm, harmony, melody and instrumentation, in order to identify points of convergence that allows a coherent dialogue between musical genres from different cultural and aesthetic origins. From this approach, an innovative musical proposal is developed that integrates elements of traditional Ecuadorian music within a contemporary context, while preserving its identity and expressive function.Item Producción musical de cuatro temas en género metal de la banda Tremor con aplicación de herramientas digitales en home studio(Universidad de Cuenca, 2021-02-28) Vásquez Patiño, José Andrés; González Orellana, Víctor LeninThe works carried out in the field of professional music production are mostly carried out with extensive and expensive equipment, both software and hardware. The object of study of this project sought to present the recording of four musical themes in the metal genre, using alternative digital techniques and resources. For this purpose, we worked on the basis of objectives such as research and selection of digital tools, approach to methodologies for the use of said resources in music recording and their use, as well as the editing of the recorded material, its preparation and optimization for a potential future post-production stage. The methodology and techniques that were applied include the bibliographic review of the background in the use of digital tools, the investigation of professional opinions of the same and their use in a basic and / or limited environment to make a high-quality musical recording. The results obtained from this project include a recognition of alternatives in digital tools for music production and their application to the production of record material in the metal genre. This project concludes the feasibility of using software in a musical production that preserves sound quality in the face of possible time and budget limitations.
