Item Adaptación del concierto para violín y orquesta en D Mayor, Op 61 de Ludwig van Beethoven para guitarra eléctrica.(2019-04-03) Gómez Mejía, Henry José; Ortega Barros, Jorge AlfredoThe present work of the thesis applies the techniques of playing of the electric guitar in the adaptation of the Concert for violin and orchestra Op 61 of Ludwig van Beethoven. For this purpose, the formal, harmonic and thematic analysis of the three movements of the work has been carried out, the techniques of the electric guitar have been explained and developed in a methodological compendium, which, in addition, is exemplified by a video tutorial that guarantees the correct interpretation of this techniques. Finally, the integral adaptation of the solo violin part, written in score and tablature for the electric guitar, is added, including all the nomenclatures necessary for its correct reading and a description of the adaptation process in the third chapter.Item Análisis formal e interpretativo del concierto de graduación para piano(2015) Galarza Mejía, Karina Andrea; Khachatryan, SusannaThis thesis contains five chapters, each one based on the pieces to be performed in the grade recital. In order to analyze and understand the musical composition, a study has been done that goes from the artistic social context, to the musical characteristics of the period and the contributions of composers of works in particular, all focused on the piano music. For this reason, each chapter is divided into subtopics that conclude with a formal analysis of the works. So we have five musical periods: Baroque and Johann Sebastian Bach, Classicism and Ludwing van Beethoven, Romanticism and Felix Mendelssohn, XX Century: Impressionism and Maurice Ravel, Ecuadorian Music and Luis Humberto Salgado. Reggaeton is a genre that has had its impact in the last 10 years about becoming which has influenced and think not only in music but also in the way they dress , act, talk , etc. . , Of young people between the ages of 12 and 18 tentatively , so that the present work merges the characteristics of an urban musical genre with the technical possibilities offered by the guitar ensemble by making the musical arrangements and expand the repertoireItem Cantata para orquesta sinfónica y coro: espacio, me has vencido(2017) Quesada Gutiérrez, Manuel; Urgilés Cárdenas, José EduardoThis graduation project review the Cantata for Symphonic Orchestra and Choir "Espacio, me has vencido", musical work created on base of the poem of the same title, by the Cuenca writer César Dávila Andrade. The document begins with the presentation of the State of Art, through an approach to popular music, traditional and academic music, and its possibility of innovation and expansion. It continues with the exposition of the processes of musical composition. And then, in the main part of the Thesis, the elaboration of the work is described meticulously: all the sections that make up the composition are analyzed with standard musical parameters and a timeline focus. It includes the scores and backings of the digital files of the work, and two others compositions: Ecuadorian Suite N.1 and “Beaufort”.Item Concierto de arreglos de temas pertenecientes a las bandas de Basca y Sobrepeso para dos guitarras clásicas.(2018) Jimbo Jérez, Walter Marcelo; Sánchez Bonilla, Angélica MaríaIn the present work, arrangements were made for two classical guitars, of themes of rock bands belonging to the Cuenca City, selected on base on the social problems that the country experienced in the nineties, period marked by political-social instability due to anti-popular measures of the regimes of turn, which generated different manifestations against the system. One of the expressions of the time was reflected in groups such as Basca and Sobrepeso, which used the music to express against the policies put in place. For example, Basca in its song Hijos de makes a criticism for the presence of abandoned children in the streets. In the song Almas de la oscuridad, it is manifested by the lack of economic resources and help to people living in a begging situation. In the same way, the Sobrepeso group, in his song End of Millennium, tells the beginning of a new millennium and the end of civil wars. In the song Adoquines de Poder, they criticize to the ex-president Abdalá Bucaram for the unusual way in which he lived while he was President of Ecuador; in the song Rabia Seca, they make a revelation about illicit enrichment and shows that Peruvian soldiers hired by the government were posing as members of the Sendero Luminoso insurgent group to assassinate the population and discredit the Maoist group. Finally, the song Explotar, talks about the cases remained unpunished by the disappearance of people (brothers Restrepo, Consuelo Benavides, among others).Item Obra para orquesta basada en técnicas de variación y utilización de escalas no tradicionales(2015) Mora Guncay, Christian Iván; Urgilés Cárdenas, José EduardoThis present work is about the creation of musical orchestra called Detestable Subjeción, with their respective analysis of the compositional theory used. To present the theoretical study of this musical practice involves knowledge of different orchestral concepts used in the work, which mainly relate to different techniques of variation and non-traditional scales, therefore technical, historical and functional points of view have been presented; in order to develop in the next chapter these techniques focused on the context of the proposed work.Item La percusión orquestal. análisis e interpretación del repertorio seleccionado(2015) Martínez Bernal, Patricia Estefanía; Escudero Uchuari, Manuel AlejandroThe study of orchestral percussion unlike other instruments such as string or wind, have developed slowly. The twentieth century is a time of great social and artistic changes in which there is a big development of percussion instruments with the creation of new tools, techniques and sounds. Gradually this instrumental family has had an important place in the orchestra, so increasingly a lot of composers value these instruments for its variety and sounds that over time has made possible the interpretation of complex works allowing these instruments can be played solo. Despite the progress that has made percussion, in some countries like ours, both musicians and the audience, does not have a deep understanding of these instruments, so the reception is poor. For that reason this thesis project entitled ORCHESTRAL PERCUSSION: ANALYSIS AND INTERPRETATION OF THE SELECTED REPERTOIRE presents the analysis as a way of understanding the music works for percussion, helping to percussionist, other musicians and the audience to deepen their knowledge. This work with an investigation of history, organology, technique and implementation of solo repertoire and chamber music, can demonstrate the importance that have come to be the percussion instruments, making the interpretation has more significance for both, the viewer and for the artistItem Propuesta interpretativa-analítica del concierto para piano y orquesta N. 1 Op. 16 am de Edvard Grieg I movimiento(2017) Andrade Andrade, Erika Patricia; Crespo González, MercedesThis researcher paper shows an interpretative-analytical approach concerning the Piano Concerto No. 1 Op.16 in A minor (First Movement) by Edvard Grieg. This document features three chapters which talks about social context, composing characteristics, life, work and musical contribution by the composer around Romantic-Nationalist period. The paper concludes with a formal, structural and interpretative analysis of the mentioned work. The principal purpose of this research is given to the reader an interpretative approach based on musical analysis. The combination of formal bearings and nationalist elements by the composer gave him a seal like a very important exponent of his period. The musical analysis developed through the document is highly recommended to apply beyond any other works that belongs in the musical repertoire of any performer. Across the analysis, we can nurture our musical practice with all expressive details and understand the artistic view of the composer
