    Alcance de la prueba para mejor resolver prevista en el código orgánico general de procesos

    The present work seeks to establish the existence or non-existence of the sufficiency of the scope and regulation on which is about the figure of the "Evidence to better resolve" in the procedural legal system in Ecuador, by analyzing the existing doctrine in relation to the application and origins of said figure, as well as the comparison with the Colombian regulations that deal with this figure, and a quantitative study based on surveys directed at lawyers practicing in the city of Cuenca, thus covering two levels in the development of the present investigation, one theoretical and the other practical, to finish with the extrapolation of the epistemological results that both studies show, and draw conclusions.
