Item Generación de un modelo de optimización en la dosificación de pastas cerámicas para porcelanato basado en programación lineal(Universidad de Cuenca, 2020-11-12) Velesaca Mora, Andrea Estefania; Guamán Guachichullca, Noé RodrigoThis research proposes the study and generation of an optimization model based on linear programming, with the aim of formulating proposals for porcelain paste in the company Rialto SA, using it as the basis for the development of the model of the physical characteristics of raw materials. The development of this project is divided into four main stages, the same ones that are developed in the Research and Development Laboratory of the Rialto company. The first stage consists of the characterization of the raw materials, for this a sampling of the raw materials that are used to dose the porcelain paste is carried out, then the values of the percentage of absorption, percentage of contraction, coefficient of expansion, are determined, module of crude break, drying and burning of each one to create a database. The next stage is the development of the optimization tool, which is based on the chemical analysis of each material and has the objective functions of minimizing cost, minimizing the percentage of absorption and the percentage of contraction. The third stage of the project consists of carrying out an on-site test of the formulas proposed by the optimization tool together with the standard production formula. Finally, in the last stage, a comparison of costs and physicalchemical properties was made of the formulas obtained through the optimization tool vs. the production formulas used in the plant during the year 2019.
