    Gentrificación, desplazamiento y desposesión en centros históricos patrimoniales, planteamientos y síntesis en el contexto Latinoamericano

    This paper analyzes the manifestations of the gentrification process that have occurred in cities such as Mexico City, Puebla City, Buenos Aires, Rio de Janeiro, Sao Paulo, Santiago de Chile, Bogota and Cuenca. Currently, the definition of this process varies depending on the context in which it is analyzed, as opposed to the Anglo-Saxon world. For this reason, a bibliographic and documentary review based on the critical reading of publications previously selected for this study is used in order to facilitate the understanding of this process. It is developed in three sections, first defining terms to reduce ambiguity, second the review of the concepts stated by the authors in the selected studies that will allow in the third section to understand this process and define it at a regional level specifically in the Gentrification Process generated as a result of Displacement by Dispossession of the Architectural Heritage in Historical Heritage Centers in Latin America.
