Item El debido proceso en el juzgamiento de adolescentes infractores en conflicto con la ley y la aplicación de medidas socioeducativas de acuerdo con el Código Orgánico Integral Penal(2015) Vaca Maza, Jhonny Estalin; Valdivieso Vintimilla, Simón BolívarWith the creation of specialized judicial units on Family, Women, Children and Adolescents, and the force of the Code Integral Criminal certain complexity arises when dealing with these issues and deserve a special procedure certain to be judged. To have a special procedure in the Code of Childhood and Adolescence, should respect, protect and apply the rules of due process; therefore this research will try to fundamental concepts must understand as teenagers, the principles to be observed when judge and the special rights they have and are guaranteed by the Constitution and international treaties. No exempt adolescents committing offenses being, taking responsibility in accordance with the Code for Children and Adolescents are criminally responsible to sanctions described in the COIP, since it is not subject to ordinary criminal prosecution, but special sanctions, but to do the judge must consider the adolescent's age when they committed an infraction to avoid violating their guarantees and rights under the Act. Being effective on COIP and have reformed some articles of the Code of Childhood and Adolescence, new stages were established in the trial of adolescent offenders are: Instruction, Assessment and School of judgment and finally the trial stage. Having completed the trial stage and being the teenager responsible for having committed an offense, the court must apply a rehabilitative measure referred to in the Act.
