    Planeación y ejecución de piloto y despliegue de trabajo estandarizado en un área de arranque de la Empresa Indurama

    The present project will implement the standardized work tool in the production plant of Indurama, in order to provide a solution to the variability of its production process. Currently, Indurama does not have standardization in terms of how to manufacture its home appliances; it causes accidents at work, defects in products and low operational efficiency. All that previously mentioned is a source of waste that increases expenses and reduces profit. The objective of this project is to implement the four sheets of the standardized work tool in order to guarantee the best levels of safety, quality and productivity. Methodological support will be provided to the collaborators of the production plant, so they can elaborate the four standardized worksheets of each one of the work positions. Once the project is completed it will be obtained, on one hand a methodology that will guide the implementation of the tool in the entire Indurama production plant, and on the other hand improvements in the efficiency of the production process which translates into savings.
