    El uso de las TIC’s como una nueva metodología en el modelo pedagógico tradicional del sistema de educación medio en el Ecuador

    The purpose of the following work is to reflect on the use of ICTs and their use in different ways. Although ICTs are novel tools as they belong to the digital age, they also depend a lot on the pedagogical model in which they are attached. Therefore, its functionality and results will depend a lot on how these tools are used. According to the learning results sought in the national curriculum and according to the pedagogical model, the use of tools can vary in many ways. In order of chapters, it will be possible to notice international and national public policies, the evolution in the field, the progress of the objectives, their forms of application, the disadvantages and consequences of the use of ICTs used in a bad way, the factors that unite to ICTs with old pedagogical models, proposals for change and, finally, conclusions. All this in order to reflect on the teaching use of these tools to gradually improve educational practice and obtain better results in the teaching-learning task.
