Item Trastorno ansioso depresivo reactivo en pacientes quirúrgicos y complicaciones. Cuenca. 2014(2016) Salamea Avilés, Juan Josué; Pino Andrade, Raúl Haldo; Charry Ramírez, José RicardoObjective: To determine the reagent depressive anxiety disorder and complications in surgical patients at the Vicente Corral Moscoso Hospital. 2014. Method: An observational, analytical and cross-sectional study, conducted in 642 with an expected frequency 7.2, 2% accuracy; confidence level 95, giving a sample size of 642 surgical patients from the Outpatient Surgery Vicente Corral Moscoso Hospital between February and October 2014. Results: The pre-surgical prevalence of anxiety was 89.72% and Reactive depression was 65.68%. Higher frequencies of: age group people over 65 (42.67%), women (58.1%), married / as (44.24%), the rural sector (51.7%) and workers occupationally active (55.3%). Age between 18 and 34, acts as a protective factor to avoid developing pre-surgical depression OR 0.612 (p = 0.015). We also found that 66.82% of patients must wait at least one year for surgery; statistically, expect less than a month, it is a protective factor for developing anxiety (OR 0.387 and p = 0.01). Family support pre-surgery was high (88.94%), while the professional psychological was low (8.57%). Cholelithiasis diagnosis was the most reported (33.18%) served as a protective factor against developing depression (OR 0.699 and P = 0.039), the prostate pathology (10.9%) acts as a risk factor (OR 1.885 and p = 0.031) to trigger reactive depression. This is an oncologically valid procedure and it is also comparable to a pneumonectomy but with a lower functional impact in the lungs; it´s necessary to emphasize that this is one of the election procedures in the case of tumors of the bronchi or trauma sometimes obstructing the bronchi with few cases reported about using of this technique worldwide. In fact it is the first sleeve resection performed at the Vicente Corral Moscoso Hospital. The case of a patient with presence of a tumor mass obstructing the bronchial lumen of right lung is presented, it was diagnosed two years ago with flexible fibro-bronchoscopy so it proceed with surgery to unblock the airway, A lobectomy more sleeve resection was performed; supported in the literature about the validity of the procedure performed as cancer surgery, the surgical risks, and physiological effects on lung function
