Strategic and tactical planning are fundamental processes for organizations, as they align institutional objectives with relevant actions to achieve them. In this context, the research focused on developing a planning proposal for the Faculty of Economic and Administrative Sciences as a tool to guide its institutional development and ensure compliance with international accreditation criteria. To achieve this, an internal and external situational analysis was conducted to identify key areas for enhancement and improvement within the faculty. Among the main results obtained, strategic alignment of the faculty with the University of Cuenca’s strategic plan and international accreditation criteria stands out. This process involved updating the institutional philosophy and formulating performance objectives and measures. Additionally, an integrated dashboard was developed, detailing tactical objectives, indicators, activities, and goals to be achieved during the 2024-2026 period. These elements of tactical planning were prioritized and operationalized to facilitate implementation.
