(2015) Rea Marcatoma, Mayra Viviana; Pillco Guamán, Vanessa Alexandra; Vizhñay Bravo, Laura Graciela
This thesis is a performance audit the administration of human talent of the Hogar del Ecuador Foundation for the period from January 1 to December 31, 2013, and we saw the need to evaluate the management of the Foundation, because it is a newly created department and does not have primarily an annual operating plan, reason why you can not do an analysis of what was planned with what has been implemented and therefore it can not measure the effectiveness efficiency and economy in the use of both human and technological resources of the Foundation. To identify the problems of the Foundation conducted a study that allowed us to know their status, while for the purpose of auditing the qualitative research method was used through surveys the head of human talent; as we try to identify the behavior of employees. After conducting surveys to the head of human talent and to obtain sufficient competent evidence in working papers found that the Foundation has an incomplete manual functions, personnel evaluations are made, do not have a plan of human talent to help determine the objectives achieved, no performance indicators and, there is inadequate staff turnover.
