    This project is a proposal to implement the Public Relations Department for M&V Construction Company, Mejia & Verdugo Cia. Ltda. The M&V Construction Company, Mejia & Verdugo Cia. Ltda, is a Cuencana company which develops civil engineering activities in Cuenca and Cañar. The company is a new society which has not structured the departments supporting it. For this reason, this proposal aims not only to create a Public Relations Department but also to create an organizational and staffing structure determining each department in a hierarchical order with the worker’s name and responsibilities, and the company’s the mission, vision, and objectives. This proposal attempts to show the importance of incorporating a Public Relation Department to improve the internal and external communication. Thus, a better environment will be created which allows achieving the main goals set by the founding partners based on good communication and excellent human relationships.
