The ethnocultural park for the parish of Santa Marianita has undergone a process of constant deterioration, due to lack of maintenance, its focused design, and its lack of accessibility. To this end, the theoretical framework addresses various aspects of public spaces in a general manner, which allows for a focus on the adaptability of the design to the local cultural and social needs of the parish. Thus, the objectives of the project include diagnosing the current state of the park, developing design strategies through participatory workshops with the community and generating an intervention proposal. The methodology employed is qualitative, using concepts and workshops with the community to analyze the current state of the park and define design strategies. The structure of the project includes chapters on the problem and theoretical framework, the applied methodology, the design proposal and conclusions.
