    Agroturismo como actividad complementaria de desarrollo para la finca Corral Guayco, cantón Saraguro

    Agrotourism is mainly developed in haciendas, or farms that have the facilities to receive visitors. However, it is considered as a complementary activity to the usual ones. The Corral Guayco farm located in the parish of Lluzhapa, in the canton of Saraguro, province of Loja maintains its economic income only in agriculture and livestock. As it has several resources within this area, it is proposed in this titling work the use of them so that agrotourism becomes a complementary activity for the economic development of the farm. The objectives to be achieved with this intervention project are to analyze the tourist, agricultural and livestock resources that the farm has, prepare a market study for the development of agrotourism and finally design agrotourism packages together with a value proposition that can be useful for its future.
