    Calidad de servicios en los centros de desarrollo infantil públicos en el cantón Cuenca

    The quality of the stimulating experiences generated during early childhood are crucial for the construction and strengthening of skills, abilities, attitudes, abilities, emotions and, in general, behaviors that are consolidated throughout the first three years of life. The objective of the present investigation is to describe the quality of services in the Child Development Centers (CDIs) public of the MIES in the canton of Cuenca. This is a study with a quantitative approach, non-experimental design, cross-sectional type, which included 35 CDIs from the canton of Cuenca. The collection of information on the quality variable of services in the CDI was made through the Technical Evaluation File of the Public and Private Services of Integrated Child Development (FETSPPDII). The results found that the quality of care provided by the CDIs were optimal in terms of performance of the management dimensions in DII. This study identified that the quality of services provided by the CDIs mostly comply with the indicators proposed in the management dimensions, however, there are still dimensions such as: transport management and educational management that should be taken into account with the In order to improve the quality of services.
