    El goce de los beneficios sociales económicos adicionales, el desempleo y subempleo del alimentante frente al derecho del interés superior de los alimentarios en la fijación de pensiones alimenticias en Cuenca en el año 2019

    The following research work indicatesthe main definitions of the superior interest of children and adolescents. Mainly, its link to the fixing of child support; from which a synthesis and analysis are being made about the main necessities that are covered for children and adolescents. Likewise, the fundamentals of the additional remunerations received by the obligors are analyzed, like situations of unemployment and subemployment. Predominantly, from the normative standpoint, a comparison is made between the fixing of child support and the consequent rights that are aimed to satisfy; in front to the specified labor rights of the obligors, in order to determine if under the principle of justice is fair to support two parallel subjects of rights to a common point, which is the right to a decent life that is satisfied principally though the right to work.
