Item Propuesta de diseño interior para el cambio de uso de una casa comunitaria en el centro cultural “San Miguel del Cebollar” (Cuenca, Ecuador) aplicando el modelo Low Cost con un enfoque sostenible(Universidad de Cuenca, 2021-07-28) Peralta Bravo, Jonnathan Alberto; Godoy Chacha, Juan DiegoThis project focuses on the development of an interior design proposal changing the use of a Communal House to a Cultural Center applying the Low Cost model and its relationship with a sustainable approach. To carry out this project, a graphic, theoretical, architectural investigation of the elements and areas involved in a Cultural Center was carried out, and in turn, which factors are determining factors in the Low Cost Model. In the same way, the analysis of the current state of the building to intervene is manifested to finally generate a design proposal coupled with a formal concept that integrates all the elements mentioned to conceive an aesthetically correct and functional space.
