Logistics management represents an important strategy that helps comprehensively in the development of the supply chain achieving a balance between demand by the customer and the availability of resources that a business to meet these needs, offering products or services quality, efficiently and productively. This work was developed in order to contribute to the supply chain project, carried out by the business research group of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, this work was done to gather information that contributes to the development of parameters of the mathematical model which it was led by Prometheus Denis Borenstein, PhD. This analysis was based on the calculation of demand for white goods, both domestically and internationally during the period 2015, so for this analysis we used information provided by the INEC and its various surveys conducted during the mentioned period was used, the methodology used was the calculating series forecasting methods of time through a moving average, since the characteristics of such forecasts adjusted to the type of research and information collected. Upon completion of the work several parameters were obtained which helped determine some variables as the number of families, the number of families with goods, the number of goods in general was obtained buying behavior in the white goods sector in the country, the main analyzed in this work products; and internationally, export levels was determined to major countries negotiating, finally projected demand for 2016 was made taking into account each of the measures that have been established due to the situation socioeconomic facing the country.
