This article seeks to analyze the main elements of servuction (infrastructure, service provider, and other customers) that consumers evaluate when assessing the services of functional training centers, specifically CrossFit, taking into account the influence of variables such as price, usage situation, and user lifecycle. The research employs a mixed approach, combining exploratory and descriptive cross-sectional methodologies. Firstly, a qualitative methodology is used through focus groups to delve into the importance of service production elements from the perspective of users. Subsequently, a quantitative methodology is employed using surveys targeted at users who pay a monthly fee at training centers in the urban area of Cuenca. The results indicate that the price variable does not have a significant impact on the evaluation of service production elements. Furthermore, the usage situation does not generate a considerable variation in the evaluation of service production elements within the functional training center assessment. Finally, the user lifecycle will not have a differential impact on the evaluation of service production elements within the assessment of services in functional training centers.
