    Propuesta de modelo de plan de responsabilidad social empresarial para la Empresa Electro Generadora del Austro S. A.

    ABSTRACT Currently ELECAUSTRO S.A. does not count with a CSR Plan that would allow the integration of the objectives and activities in this area, and leading the company to comply with requirements set out in international standards and certification. For this reason, the central objective of this research is design a model plan of Corporate Social Responsibility for the company ELECAUSTRO S.A. that reflects the objectives required to meet the needs of the stakeholders, which is sustained by regulations and can be applied easily by the management of the company, in addition to establish methods of monitoring and control for its execution. The methodology used was an applied, descriptive and correlational study, which starts from the literature review and the study of the ISO 26000 norm and the IQNet SR10 standard. Subsequently was made a field diagnostic of ELECAUSTRO to determining the level of compliance with the requirements of the standard, whose result is acceptable but viable for the structuring of the Plan. Finally was developed the Corporate Social Responsibility Plan consisting in the Policy, the Code of Ethics, the objectives with its management indicators and guidelines for management reviews.
