    It was possible to gather information from 73 patients diagnosed met four criteria for SLE. 82.2% of patients were females and 17.8% males that gives us a reason to 4.6: 1 for women and men. The average age of onset of the disease is 38 years, being more frequent in the group of 31-40 years (30%). All patients studied were of mixed race, the predominant occupation is housework (37%) followed by the group of employees (20%). Of the 73 patients diagnosed with SLE 86% refers symptomatically arthritic, 83.6% kidney disease, immune disorders el78.1% as photosensitivity, 75% malar rash and neurological disorders and in smaller percentages other criteria diagnosed. In general manifestations 90% of patients report fatigue, fever 74% fatigability 68.5%, 58% and 57.5% myalgia anorexia, and in smaller percentages of weight loss, chills, nausea, vomiting and night sweats. Within joint disorders 87.7% of patients have joint pain, arthritis 86.3%, 30.1% morning stiffness, tenosynovitis 21.9%, 16.4% joint erosion and joint deformity 11%. Of these 60% of patients present condition of the knee, 45% condition of the hand, elbow 35.6% and 27% of the ankle, to a lesser extent the other joints. Among the most used in the treatment of SLE loa NSAID drugs are used in 55 patients, of these is the most widely used indomethacin (24.7%), Naproxen (23.3%). And 13.7% ASA Second are corticosteroids (52 patients) the most widely used of these it is the prednisolone with 84.5% and third immunosuppressive and used chloroquine
