    A diagnosis of the reputation of the breadmaker El Molde Francés was made in the different publics of the city of Cuenca. Where different methods were applied such as: Foda, hypothetical deductive, quantitative, tree of problems of causes and effects; with the participation of the owners of the breadmaker, the collaborators and their customers. It is necessary to implement the communication plan to improve customer service, among other aspects, because they always seek the welfare of their employees and customers.
