    Análisis de la oferta y demanda turística en Cuenca para el desarrollo de la tendencia PET FRIENDLY, Año 2020

    Tourism with pets is understood as that tourist trend whose main activity revolves around leisure time in the company of pets, especially dogs and cats. Therefore, the purpose of this project is to analyze the tourist supply and demand in Cuenca for the development of the pet friendly trend in 2020. To this end, the techniques of interviews and surveys were applied to users who travel with their pets. As a result of the interviews, it was determined that, there are some hotels and cafeterias that provide quality services to customers traveling in the company of their pets, however, as far as means of transport are concerned, it is known that access is still limited. Surveys indicated that it is usually young travelers who are accompanied by their pets, traveling in their own means of transport, to carry out nature tourism. Finally, the work establishes the elaboration of a pet friendly seal proposal. Keywords: Pets. Tourism. Pet Friendly. Cuenca
