The study of psychosocial risk factors is very important in the workplace, since their identification and evaluation allow taking the necessary corrective measures to create an environment that allows improving the performance and health of workers. A descriptive observational study was carried out applying the FPSICO 4.0 psychosocial risk assessment method, the official method of the National Institute of Safety and Health at Work (INSST), using the Computer Application for Prevention (AIP) format in order to elaborate an action plan to reduce the percentage of risks considered critical in the health of the workers of the Technical Salesian educational unit with a universe of 124 employees (14 administrative, 108 teachers and 2 maintenance). In the estimation of the risk by unit of analysis (teachers, administrative, maintenance) it was presented that the psychosocial factors with the highest level of risk were: for the Participation/Supervision factor it was determined that the very high risk prevails in 31.5% for teachers, 28.6% for administrative staff, 0% for maintenance staff, followed by a high risk level of 23.1% for teaching staff, 28.6% for administrative staff, 0% for the maintenance staff; For the psychological demands factor, it was determined that the very high risk prevails by 25% for teaching staff, 14.3% for administrative staff, 0% for maintenance staff, followed by a high risk level of 25.9% for teaching staff, 7.1% for administrative staff and 0% for maintenance staff. Finally, it was proposed to design an action plan for these psychosocial risks considered critical (moderate risks and very high risk) in the UETS.

Modelo para la determinación de actividad puzolánica por correlación entre: difractometría, fluorescencia de rayos X y método del cemento
(2014) Molina Larrea, Francisco Xavier; Peñaherrera Palacios, Sandra Catalina; Vega Cuesta, Manuel Guillermo; Ruiz Vázquez, Patricio Alejandro
Currently one of the main materials for the addition of portland cement is the pozzolan, finely divided material together with the intimate mixture of cement provides cementitious and increases, resulting in a pozzolanic reaction or activity that results in the formation of compounds sparingly soluble in water stable and hydraulic hardening developing resistance. The amorphous silica phase is the main chemical responsible pozzolanic activity index. The present work is devoted to describe a model to estimate the pozzolanic activity correlation between diffraction-XRF with the values obtained with the method of cement. This model will carry out an online quality improvement in income and receipt of pozzolans used for the production of portland cement pozzolan and analysis time providing a qualitative and quantitative determination of this component because existing methods require wait 28 days to determine whether a pozzolan presents characteristics suitable pozzolanic
