Applying architectural provisions for comfortable environments and reduce energy consumption. And mainly assessing the landscape, which tells us their keys and shows us the way.Item Diseño de un conjunto habitacional destinado a personas con discapacidad motriz(2014) Santacruz Ochoa, Santiago Ismael; Mogrovejo Calle, VicenteOver the years it has been observed as technology and architecture gone advanced in different ways, creating amazing designs that were previously unimaginable, however, not all the designs have been created are accessible to all people, putting certain groups outside these spaces, in this specific case the person with mobility disabilities. Motor Disability affects movement and displacement of people, so accessibility and enabling media represent major needs they face. That is why there is a responsibility to put spaces, furniture and specific support for the proper use and access of goods and services that allow their basic, social and emotional needs, then the objective is to design a housing complex where architectural barriers are removed and implement the so-called Universal Design, where disability is not a condition of the person, as the set of attributes created by the space in which they are going to live will be the most optimal for their development.Item Emplazamiento y diseño de un nuevo cementerio para el Cantón Sigsig(2014) Bermeo Jiménez, Ximena Estefania; Guerrero Espinoza, Gabriela Elizabeth; Mogrovejo Calle, VicenteThis work is the study for the determination of the Site of the New Cemetery in Sigsig town, for which we made a study of macro limitation and micro location. For architectural design, we studied several examples of cemeteries around the world, focusing in Stockholm´s Cemetery, Woodland, of which we take the principle to foreground the landscape, and it was our principal design target.
