    Diagnóstico de la gestión en comunicación interna y externa del Colegio Alemán Stiehle de Cuenca, en el periodo mayo – noviembre de 2016

    Communication has been, still is, and will be a fundamental pillar in the formation of societies. It is evident to notice how society has suffered radical changes when communication goes into the mix, stopping being the exclusivity of the mass media or huge corporations in order to be an intrinsic part of different social spaces encouraging dialogue. The monograph: “Diagnostic of the management of internal and external communication in the “Aleman Stiehle” high school, in the period from May to November in 2016“ deepens in the work that the communication department does with the internal and external publics, as well how it has been a strategic ally to achieve academic and institutional objectives. In order to carry out the analysis of effectiveness and efficiency of channels and strategies that uses this high school, surveys were employed. In addition, surveys and a focus group were done to collect the perception of publics about the management of the communication department in the high school.
