    Comunidad, familia y tecnologías de la comunicación e información (TIC) vinculadas a la prevención de VIH/SIDA en adolescentes Shuar del cantón Morona 2019

    Over the years, one of the complications facing public health are Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs), with HIV becoming important due to its frequency and evolution in chronic disease (AIDS); damaging the physical, psychological and social well-being of the individual, especially the low socioeconomic level by the few preventive measures. GENERAL OBJECTIVE Explore the manifestations of HIV / AIDS prevention in Shuar adolescents in Canton Morona by information from the community, family and information and communication technologies (ICT) 2019. METHODOLOGY Qualitative phenomenological study whose sample was for convenience. In-depth interviews were conducted; the data was recorded, transcribed and processed in the Atlas ti software; finally, we analyze and write the results obtained. RESULTS It was shown that the forms of prevention of HIV / AIDS in Shuar adolescents are inappropriate, in three areas: the community (limited access to information and intervention of the authorities); the family (null sex education and lack of control), and technology (vulnerability to kidnapping and trafficking through social networks) and the proliferation of pornography. CONCLUSION The proliferation of HIV / AIDS in Shuar adolescents is due to the lack of communication with parents, problems at home, the predominance of friends, the media that encourage the practice of unprotected sex. It is necessary interventions of health members with tactics that incite knowledge of HIV / AIDS, destroying negative beliefs and attitudes, conferring on responsible sexuality.
