Item Empleo y personalidad: un análisis de la calidad del empleo desde la perspectiva de la Psicología Económica. Caso práctico en graduados de la carrera de Contabilidad y Auditoría de la Universidad de Cuenca en la cohorte 2015-2018(Universidad de Cuenca, 2021-12-22) Idrovo Tapia, Nataly Cristina; Mora Aguirre, Karen Manuela; Sarmiento Jara, Juan PabloThe object of this article is bring the knowledge from the job offer´s perspective, of the rol from the psicological facts in the first job quality for the college graduates. This studio will consider University of Cuenca´s the graduates from Accounting and Auditing carrer. This Study applies the Farne´s job quality index (2003). For the psicological variables we will use the McCrae & Costa test NEO FFI. In the social economics variables we incorporated the share capital. The statistical analysis was made by a ordinal logit model to determine the propability that a graduated with a specific personality profile has to achieve a better quality job. The only personality trait statistically significant was the openness to expirience, that one influences negatively to the job quality; secondly the knowledge of the graduated and the father´s education have a positive relantionship with the job quality as well as the less time to find a job, the absence of a formal affectionate relacionship and to find a job though weak ties (people out side the family circle) affects positively to a high job quality
