    The next Project to investigation is developed, with the goal to know and to analyze the process of the Cantonal Board for the Protection of Rights to Sígsig Canton, in relation to the protection measures issued in favor of children’s and adolescents, in cases of threator violation of their rights that prevent their exercise; determine if this administratives measures of protection comply the objectives, which is to avoid or stop threatening or violating act, protect, restore and ensure permanent respect for their rights, that is, if they comprehensively protect their rights given its condition of vulnerability, enshrined in the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador in the article 35, first paragraph; as well as the internal mechanisms, analysis, preventive actions, of execution and follow-up of the protection measures dictated to legitimize such rights; with the trascendental and essential objective that these are put into practice and not only reflected in the legal regulations.
