    Entornos virtuales para fomentar la educación intercultural. Caso Universidad de Cuenca

    This research aims to design a proposal for teaching - learning strategies that allows virtual tutors to promote education in the field of interculturality. It will be developed with four teachers will develop with their group of students; The participating teachers are from the Faculty of Philosophy; Letters and Educational Sciences; Arts; Economic and Administrative Sciences; and Agricultural Sciences; all of them from University of Cuenca, who participate in a teaching-learning process using the management tool of Moodle© learning (Learning Content Management) which is known at the University as E-virtual (https://evirtual.ucuenca.edu.ec/). For the analysis of the data, the use of the tool will establish parameters such as: strategies used, language used by the teacher and students, discrimination, racism, equal opportunities, among others. The research has a qualitative focus. In the collection of information, an observation guide, interviews with teachers and a questionnaire to be applied to students will be used as an instrument. The researcher will participate in the virtual environment as a guest user, allowing to observe the progress and development of the course. At the end of the teaching-learning process through the virtual environment Moodle©, use the Google forms tool to apply a survey to the students, the participating teachers will be carried out a structured interview about the strategies and methodologies they used. The information collected made it possible to meet the objectives set.
