The need for a media observed in the Ricaurte parish led to the idea of a radio magazine "Ricaurte Find" with the support of the parish GAD and together with the same residents and the project was launched, every step of the objectives It was performed in a group consent. Exclusively themed surroundings, people; They were carried out with GAD (Government Autonomous Decentralized) Parish of Ricaurte parish, following a descriptive qualitative methodology and quantitatively. For the sole purpose of making a radio Informative magazine aimed at the parish. During this project all objectives with flattering results thanks to the good acceptance of all participants and other inhabitants of the parish were made. It is supplemented by the tabulation according to the strategies proposed .What which allowed for and launch the broadcast.
