    Actually the Events Organization is the main motivation of travel for the people. Many places as Convvencions Center, Resorts, Hotels and old houses give the importance in Planner and Organize diferents events for the level corporate. In this city of Cuenca Ecuador is very important this activity, today apreciate the Gerencia Regional del Ministerio de Turismo and the Fundacion Municipal de Turismo para Cuenca looking the oportunity for make this destination as a Events Destination. The vission of the new empresary is Design and make the new space in the hotel is very necesary for meeting and several types of events. This study analizes aspects which considers the Oro Verde Hotel in Cuencamain place for Events organization, the activities and steps for doing and the localization in infraestructura and services. . As the investigation have a qualitative emphasis, the basic sources of information are the data register of tourist establishments in the province of Azuay available for events, articles and files provided through multiple sites web, and the investigation was completed by test and visits in Oro Verde hotel as main investigation case.
