Item Concept art para un videojuego con la técnica de Pixel art que rescate los dogmas del mundo(Universidad de Cuenca, 2024-04-02) Espinoza Calle, Mauro Sebastian; Jaramillo Carrasco, David AndrésThe current visual media have become an excellent interactive resource, more effective for teaching and learning historical knowledge in a religious context, but have never had a connection beyond its origins. That is why this project seeks to create an editorial product focused on young and adult gamer, between 18 to 30 years, in which in a playful, dynamic and fun way allows them to learn, and through the concept art of a video game learn more about the dogmas of the world. We will start with the investigation of concepts, in order to have a foundation with basic knowledge about the "Concept art" and how it is developed in the industry, using tools such as counterparts and conducting interviews with individuals with contributions in these areas, then continue with graphic research processes to learn more about the media, such as software that can be used, how they work and the tools they offer, along with this we will search for visual references guide (moodboard), and then proceed to generate sketches with different proposals for scenarios, characters and objects. Finally, with the final artwork, we will proceed to layout the final Artbook with all its written and visual content and all the necessary final finishes, in order to achieve a high quality graphic and editorial product. The conclusions found in this project tell us that the use of visual resources such as the Artbook of a video game, allow us in a simpler way the learning of complex issues, such as education in religious issues of culture and history that have each dogma of the world. Thanks to all this, we present an editorial product with the Concept Art of a video game, which shows iconographic, architectural and cultural elements that allow both adults and teenagers to learn and know more about religions in a playful way
