(Universidad de Cuenca, 2022-12-12) Camila Alejandra, Arteaga Bustamante; Erika Tatiana, Vega Pulla; Adriana Paola, Méndez Rojas
The general purpose of this project was the elaboration of the induction process and training plans for the personnel of Taproom S.A., in order to enhance their performance in the fulfillment of the company's objectives. For this, the research in the methodological part, focused on a qualitative approach study and as for the design, it was non-experimental, observational, and crosssectional. In addition, the selected population was the 80 collaborators of the company, and the sample was constituted by the total population, that is to say, the 80 workers. And the data collection techniques were based on questionnaires and interviews. The results obtained by creating the induction and training process in a standardized manner demonstrated the knowledge gaps that exist between different collaborators of the same position within the company; and with the application of these processes it was possible to corroborate the importance of including induction and training to all personnel, since from the beginning a link with the company was generated by providing the worker with all the tools and information necessary for the efficient and effective development of the operations within his job
