    Percepciones de docentes y directivos respecto a la educación inclusiva en una Unidad Educativa de Cuenca

    Therefore, the purpose of this research is to identify the perceptions of teachers and managers in relation to Educational Inclusion, this project want to analyze dufferent dimensions as: meassure of of the attention of different diversities and measures to promote the inclussion inside the high school where this project was realized which is called República de Ecuador. The study has a quantitative approach with a non-experimental transversal design and a descriptive scope. It counted with the participation of 49 teachers and 8 managers who work in this institution during the 2017-2018 school year. The instruments used was the data collection were therecwere different opinions about Inclusive Education adapted by Bravo (2011) to measure the perceptions of teacher about inclusive education; In addition, his project was designed on the use of instruments of previuos investigations (Cardona, 2006) and to addecuate the terminology to an actual context, jointly wuth a social demographic for the colection of the data. So, the project also used the statistical package SPSS 24 and Excel 2016 were used in this project. The analysis of collected data was done in relation to the age and the level of teachers and managers as professionals, obtaining as a result, that both have favorable perceptions towards Inclusive Education, although on the part of teachers talked to their representative and educational community support, in general were obtained low scores indicating unfavorable perceptions. Based on these results, it is concluded that inclusive education is an appropriate educational model for the formation of all people regardless of their human condition, but nevertheless, this is still in a process of development within the educational community where the research was realized.
