    Diseño de manual de gestión de calidad aplicado a la Empresa Municipal de Agua Potable, Alcantarillado y Saneamiento EMAPAS-G EP del cantón Gualaceo

    The quality evaluation is a management technique of vital and essential importance in the different fields of the company, it is important to design an example of quality management “ISO 9001-2008,”as well, since it incorporate different components, which allow to improve the efficiency of their activities in order to get the quality certification. The contents are developed in five chapters. The first chapter is dedicated to the history of the company, organic structure, values, principles, goals, policies, rights, obligations, and organization chart. The second chapter presents the theoretical and methodological framework of the quality manual design, focused in the current situation of the career. In the chapter number three, we develop the analysis application of the company, using the appropriate techniques and instruments, which allow us to see the officers´ strengths and weaknesses in their roles and duties to achieve their proposed goals. In the chapter fourth, we develop the management quality manual design, based on the gotten out comes from the analysis in the chapter three. The design was apply to the company according to the current policy of “ISO”. Finally we close the work by giving the conclusions and recommendations, which we think, will be so useful for the company “EMAPAS-G EP” in order improve the officer´s roles by applying our design.
