Item Guía didáctica y elaboración de material concreto para el aprendizaje de la unidad didáctica de geometría y medida del octavo año de educación general básica(2017) Coyago Quito, Zulema de los Angeles; Chacon Cardenas, Jean Carlos; Jácome Guzmán, Marco VinicioThe present work titled “Didactic Guide and Elaboration of concrete material for the learning in the Elementary and middle School level about Geometry and measurement in the 8th grade of basic general education” has been done with the purpose to provide a significant contribution, a valvable bid for all the students who are in 8th of EGB and also with the aspiration that this could server for a better comprehension of the contents of the areas of knowledge within the classroom. This work contains three chapters. In the first one, we talk about the theorical fundamentation, in which we have worked on thematics such as the lowest level of comprehension about Geometric Proportionality, the learning of mathematics in Ecuador focused in the Critic Pedagogy, and finally, the use of the didactic guides and the specific materials for the same theme. In the second chapter, this work develops the stadistic part which indicates that students of 8th and 9th grades of EGB of Dolores J. Torres Educative High School, present a low of comprehension level in the Didactic Unit N.- 4 in Geometry and Measurement besides, with specific material pertaining to the work in class about class about this theme. The gathered information has been used to know, which didactic material we should prepare.
