    Children´s care negligence, form of violence, has one of the highest percentages traduced on children´s abuse. In our society, parents and caretakers give priority to their rights over children´s justifying its existence. This behavior is adopted in order of globalization´s social chances like cultural gentrification and replacement on people´s folkways, among many others. The children´s rise ways are affected; then, wrong care ways are accepted over correct ones. The present study permits to know most of the negligence´s forms in Cojitambo, fourth district of Azogues city located in the Cañar province, its population, according to INEC´s 2001 census is 3801, 57% women, 43% men; 22% of this total, are children under 10 years old who. “Rising with our children” (Creciendo con Nuestros Hijos CNH) is a non profit organization trying to protect Cojitambo´s children by complementing their development. By their important support to this work, was possible to identify this kind of care negligence. Key words: Diagnostic, negligence, relationships parents and children, preschool, manual, prevention and control.
