    “El Plan de OrdenamientoUrbano de la Cabecera Cantonal de Pucará” refers to the development of four – stages base are fundamental in the realization of the necessary technical documentation for the control and regulation of human activities that are take place within the territory. Their effective distribution will depend of the optimal growth of the town which shall be consistent with its actual physical expansion requirements, avoiding unnecessary and irreversible decision of rural land. As a first step, prepares the diagnosis of the current situation of the settlement which identifies the present problems in such areas as: physical environment, demography, socio – economy, characteristics and land uses, among others. The information recollected allows to elaborate the second step referred to Objective Image, which have a fundamental participation of the population, specific city is intended the theoretical model toward the horizon of the Plan year, focuses 2023. More overbeingto identify the weaknesses, threats, strengths and opportunities in each of the sectors studied the town thought the formulation of strategies may be neutralized or improved. Defined the city model progress to the third step or Formulation Plan which are fixed determinations necessary to realize the growth of the town and that supported the fourth stage which develop the Projects are defined as priorities to promote the growth and development of the main regional town
