Background: cervical is the fourth most prevalent musculoskeletal disorder worldwide; it causes alteration of cervical movement and disability, which leads to absence from work and socio-economic burden, compromising the quality of life. General objective: to determine the intensity of pain, kinesiophobia, disability index and cervical positioning error in users with cervical cancer who attend the Nicanor Merchán and Carlos Elizalde health centers. Cuenca - 2021. Methodology: a descriptive, prospective cross-sectional study was conducted in patients with idiopathic chronic cervicalgia. From the data obtained through: EVA, NDI, TSK and Cervical Positioning Error (JPSE), a database was generated. The statistics of central trend, dispersion, absolute frequency, percentage, rho of Spearman for correlation, were analyzed in the program SPSS V25; for the elaboration of tables and graphs Microsoft Excel 2016. Results: 24 users were evaluated with an average age of 41 years, (N=20) women; 83.3% (N=20) and 85.7% (N=21) presented JPSE for bending, right rotation and extension. The largest error occurred in extension (x =7.34°) and the smallest in bending (x =6.13°). There was a significant relationship between pain and JPSE, with greater correlation during flexion (p<0.01). Disability and kinesiophobia did not reach statistical significance in relation to JPSE. Conclusion: the JPSE determined a large percentage of the sample with positioning error, greater error during the extension and positive direct correlation between pain and JPSE.
