    Estudio de factibilidad para la implementación de Bungalows para alojamiento turístico en la parroquia Chumblin, San Fernando, Azuay

    This thesis develops a feasibility analysis for the implementation of bungalows in the canton of San Fernando, with the purpose of promoting tourism and adventure in this area. To carry out the project, a comprehensive diagnosis of the area and its surroundings was carried out, also covering the tourist attractions, which harmoniously complement the project. From this point, a market study was carried out, showing favorable results in relation to the proposal. As part of the technical development, an architectural design has been conceived for four bungalows that make up the project, prioritizing the use of native materials in order to preserve and respect the natural environment, thus contributing to the environmental sustainability of the area. The economic study carried out represents a crucial component of the analysis, providing a detailed view of the financial viability of the project, supporting informed decision-making. This strategic approach not only demonstrates financial sustainability, but also ensures a return on investment. Through this comprehensive study, it can be affirmed that the project for the implementation of bungalows in the canton of San Fernando is feasible and promising from an economic point of view; In addition, it seeks to enrich the region's tourism offer, and is also committed to the preservation of the environment and the well-being of the local community.
