    Modelo de gestión por competencias para la Unidad Educativa Asian American School

    Competency-based management models are useful because they allow the empowerment of human talent through a series of strategies aimed at better aligning the personal or individual competencies and skills of each employee with the company's mission and global strategy. Considering the set of changes in the environment and globalization, as well as other types of organizations, the educational sector demands personalized and quality services that allow to face these changes so that the organization can adapt to these changes. Therefore, a competency-based management model adapted to the Asian American School Educational Unit for the period 2024 2027 is proposed, which is proposed through a mixed methodology that integrates both interviews and a diagnostic survey for the administrative and teaching staff of the institution, which were analyzed allowing to propose the model according to the needs of the institution.
