    Incidencia del programa cocción eficiente en la demanda máxima unitaria para la provincia de Morona Santiago

    The present report searches to determine the impact of the incorporation of induction stoves, according to the Plan for Efficient Cooking (PEC), on the unitary maximum demand (UMD) and the diversified demand (DD) for urban and rural residents that are served by the CENTROSUR in the province of Morona-Santiago. This study is based on data collected through surveys, with the objective of determining in detail how stoves are used, taking into account the behavior and customs of clients when cooking food. Based on this information, a habit curves analysis was made of the schedule use of the kitchen to determine the most important characteristics and the hours of increased incidence. Finally, a methodology is proposed to calculate the factors of coincidence, which is started by a stochastic process, generating a greater number of data, allowing to graph a curve for each stratum of coincidence factors of consumption (kWh) and thus determining the UMD and DD for each of them.
