    El periodismo judicial en el marco de las nuevas regulaciones y controles

    ABSTRACT The judicial journalism in the context of the new Communications Act is important because it has prevailed in the development of some sectors of the media within the judicial communication considering its expressions, its narrative newspaper and guidelines. Learning about the rules of the different legal frameworks in Media and journalists under the various controls in the information leading recording media operation. The mixture of journalistic experience with results clarifies some legal issues that arise in monitoring criminal proceedings have to be told to the public. With regard to the judicial courts in journalism should provide some basic legal concepts after the professional information is not used for use in criminal proceedings, the definition of the various state bodies involved in it, different procedures that can be carried out and the different phases that are developed. To do some indications of legal news sources, which can be useful for any new reporter on this type of specialized information and thus can know of the difficulties they face reporters assigned to various media are added to improve quality of information on justice, to contribute to a culture of peace and coexistence appropriate to perform their work on a news topic relations.
