The first includes the information gathering phase that is divided into virtual research, interview and a focus group session. The second stage is the definition, which thanks to the tools for designing the brief, market segmentation and elaboration of the advertising strategy, helps to establish the conceptual bases and limits of the project for the construction of the message. In section three, thanks to tools such as peer review, mood board and sketching, the ideation phase is carried out. In the fourth, they carry out the advertising arts, the table of advertising objects and the construction of the advertising pieces, resulting in the preliminary arts of the TIC’u. In order to strengthen this process, the Ministry of Education created around 140 units of “Apoyo a la Inclusión” across the country, to ensure the curricular adaptation, accompany its development and provide technical, methodological and conceptual support. Despite all the measures taken by the Ministry, the inclusion process has been flawed. Largely due to the lack of training and availability of information for parents and teachers. According to experts, each institution should take responsibility for the needs that their students could present. This project includes the study of learning processes at the Benigno Malo School-a fiscal institution directly linked to the unit of “Apoyo a la inclusión”-through interviews with its authorities and teachers. With this information, a social campaign was developed, which uses the strategy of providing useful data to teachers, parents, and students with the aim of promoting and facilitating inclusion processes. During the design, the brand and graphic line were developed for different advertising objects in digital and printed media. This proposal also includes illustrations, media planning, publication lines for social networks and the campaign budget, that is, all the material necessary for its implementation, a stage in which it is recommended to obtain the support of education specialists.Item Diseño de interfaz gráfica de una aplicación móvil turística del Centro Histórico de Cuenca(Universidad de Cuenca, 2025-09-01) Agudo Carreño, Mateo Nicolas; Carrión Andrade, Galo BernardoThis project focuses on the design of the graphic interface of a mobile application that provides updated information on the main tourist attractions of the Historic Center of Cuenca. In the first phase, information was collected on user requirements and preferences, which allowed defining the user needs and objectives of the application. After this, content requirements and functional specifications were established, which allowed the information architecture and low-fidelity wireframes to be evaluated by the users. Finally, the style guide was defined, which was applied to all screens, and the application was prototyped. The final product is an interactive prototype that simulates the operation of inCuenca.Item Diseño de interfaz y experiencia de usuario para el servicio efectivo desde mi celular, sistema de dinero electrónico(2017) García Alvaro, Luis Iván; Carrión Andrade, Galo BernardoThis article describes the process, methods, and outcomes of a project that included multiple usability testing and prototype iterations to propose a GUI and UX for “Efectivo desde mi celular” (Cash in my cell phone) an e-money service established in Ecuador since 2014. The research is based on a qualitative approach that integrates field tests and experimental validation methods, structured into three fundamental sections: the first establishes the theoretical foundations and justification of the topic; the second describes the documentary research, field work, and problem analysis; and the third develops the ideation, design, and technical production process. The creative phase integrated analog illustrations with digital post-production to achieve an organic and functional aesthetic. Prototyping employed a modular grid and interactive die-cutting, culminating in high-fidelity production via laser cutting and UV printing on triplex board.
