| Abstract: | ANTECEDENTS: To have a healthy life is not only to be well physically.
GENERAL OBJECTIVES: Identify the level of knowledge and the habits about their healt. At the grade 6th and 7th of basic education at the School Reinaldo Chicho Garcia en el lectivo 2016.
METODOLOGY: It was a qualitative and quantitative, descriptive research, statistical method morbin gave us a sample of 107 school children "Reinaldo García Chico". Research techniques used were the survey which was validated by the pilot and an interview with focus groups (parents) test.
RESULTS: 50% are women and 50% are male, 63% belong to the urban area, 37% to a rural area; 88% belongs to the mountains, the coast 10%, 88% of children perform physical activity; 52%; 54% watch television every day, 64% consume fruits and vegetables. 58% food ingested 1 to 3 times a day; 95% wash fruits before eating; 80% eat junk food; 46% drink soft drinks; 80% eat breakfast; 95% eat some food at recess, 63% wash their hands before each meal; 99% wash their hands after using the toilet; 61% bathe spending a day; 76% brush your teeth 3 times a day; 93% have pediculosis and 46% had tooth decay as diagnosis |
| Description: | ANTECEDENTES: La vida saludable comprende el bienestar físico y mental.
OBJETIVO GENERAL: identificar el nivel de conocimientos sobre hábitos relacionados con salud que tienen los niños de 6t0 y 7mo grado de Educación básica de la unidad educativa “Reinaldo Chico García”’ en el lectivo 2016.
METODOLOGIA: fue una investigación cuali-cuantitativo, de tipo descriptivo, el método estadístico de Morbin nos dio una muestra de 107 niños de la escuela “Reinaldo Chico García”. Las técnicas de investigación a emplearse fueron la encuesta la cual fue validada mediante la prueba piloto y una entrevista a grupos focales (padres de familia).
Resultados: 50% son mujeres y 50% son varones, 63% pertenecen a la zona urbana, 37% a una zona rural; el 88% pertenece a la sierra, 10% a la costa, 88% de niños realizan actividad física; el 52%; El 54 % miran televisión todos los días, el 64 % consume frutas y verduras. El 58 % ingiere alimentos de 1 a 3 veces al día; el 95% lavan las frutas antes de comer; 80% comen comida chatarra; 46% toman refrescos; 80% desayuna; el 95% ingiere algún alimento en el recreo, 63% se lava las manos antes de cada comida; el 99% se lava las manos después de ir al baño; el 61% se baña pasando un día; el 76% se lava los dientes 3 veces al día; el 93% no tienen pediculosis y el 46 % tienen como diagnostico caries dentales |
