| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to present a “Proposal for a training center for SMEs and entrepreneurship in family business in the San Felipe de Oña, 2013-2014 period”, a place that has great potential in the production and trade sector that have not yet been exploited by citizenship to develop the county, that is why the center is oriented at strengthening the skills and entrepreneurial skills of the people by providing tools to generate ideas that allow them to create innovative companies with a good competitive level in the market, as well as provide support and advice to existing businesses. Thus it is designed and implemented two models of surveys where some variables could be determined, including the feasibility of the center of a 87.50 % according to the economically active population (EAP) and 86.57 % for business owners existing.
The main services that the center will offer are as follows; workshops and seminars provide consulting, technical visits, develop business plans and improvement studies.
In the financial analysis for the proposal was determined that the center will need an initial investment of $ 17.608,51 of which the partners fund the equity 43,21% ($7.608,51) to 56,79% ($ 10.000,00) and external resources. This investment will recover in one year four months according to the PayBack indicator and internal rate of return ( IRR) of 75.37 %. |
| Description: | Esta tesis tiene como finalidad presentar una “Propuesta de un Centro de Capacitación para Emprendimiento en negocio familiar y Pymes en el Cantón San Felipe de Oña, período 2013-2014”, lugar que cuenta con grandes potenciales en el sector productivo y comercial que aún no han sido aprovechadas por la Ciudadanía para generar desarrollo en el Cantón, es por ello que el Centro está orientado a fortalecer las capacidades y habilidades emprendedoras de los habitantes, brindándoles herramientas necesarias para generar ideas que les permita crear empresas innovadoras con un buen nivel competitivo en el mercado, así como también brindar apoyo y asesoría a empresas existentes. Debido a esto se ha diseñado y aplicado dos modelos de encuestas donde se pudieron determinar algunas variables, entre ellas la factibilidad del Centro de un 87,50% según la población económicamente activa (PEA) y del 86,57% para los propietarios de negocios existentes.
Los principales servicios que ofertará el Centro son los siguientes; talleres, seminarios, brindar asesorías, visitas técnicas, elaborar planes de negocio y estudios de mejora.
En el análisis financiero realizado para la propuesta se determinó que el Centro necesitará una inversión inicial de $17.608,51; de los cuales los socios financiarán el 43,21% ($7.608,51) con recursos propios y el 56,79% ($ 10.000,00) con recursos externos. Esta inversión se recuperará en un año cuatro meses según el indicador PayBack y obtendremos una tasa interna de retorno (TIR) del 75.37%. |
